Can I cancel or change my order?
We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, for this reason we are unable to cancel or make changes to orders.
Can I exchange my order?
Unfortunately , due to COVID-19 we do not offer exchanges at this time.
What is your returns policy?
We do not accept returns. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
How do I track my order?
We have you covered! We will email you as items in your order ship, or if there are updates on the status of your order.
How can I change my name or address?
You can change any of your personal details such as name or address in the Manage Account section of the website, by clicking on Edit Details. When an order is placed, you cannot make changes to your name or address once your order has been dispatched.
What if I never received my item?
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Please contact USPS customer service fore more information.
